Enlay Sofa provides warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage
Sofa Frames
• 2 Years Warranty against manufacturing defects in the wooden or metal frame structure.
Foam & Cushioning
• 2 Years Warranty against abnormal sagging caused by manufacturing defects.
Mechanisms (Recliners / Sofa Cum Beds)
• 2 Years Warranty on mechanical components and operating mechanisms.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• Fabric fading, staining, tearing, or pilling.
• Leather or upholstery wear due to normal use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, pets, improper handling, or accidents.
• Water, moisture, fire, or chemical damage.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Minor variations in fabric color, wood grain, stitching, or finish.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Notify Enlay within 7 days of discovering the defect.
2. Share order details, photographs, and videos.
3. Our service team will inspect and verify the claim.
4. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement of defective components, or product replacement at Enlay's discretion.
