Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled as our sofas are made to order.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is approved.
